25 g butter
1 chicken stock cube, crumbled

chopped fresh parsley


Cut each celery stalk in half and place in a large deep dish with the water, butter, stock cube and pepper. Cover and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 6 minutes. Add salt, then stir and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 6-10 minutes until tender. Drain then sprinkle with parsley.
