Berry-streusel-pizzaIngredients:
* 1 quantity Traditional Pizza Dough, made up to end of step 3

Topping:
* 125g (4oz/1 cup) self-raising flour
* 90 g (3 oz / 1/3 cup) caster sugar
* 90 g (3 oz / 1/3 cup) butter
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 quantity Custard Topping
* 500 g (1 lb) bottled or canned gooseberries, drained

To serve:
* cream

1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F/Gas 6). Prick dough with a fork and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden. Allow to cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar, rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in cinnamon and 2 tablespoons water and mix with a fork until a lumpy texture is obtained.
3. Spoon custard on top of pizza, top with gooseberries, then sprinkle crumble topping over the top. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until light golden. Serve hot with cream.
