Fresh-herb-pizzaIngredients:
* 1 quantity Scone Pizza Dough, shaped and ready for topping

Topping:
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
* 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
* 185 g (6 oz / 1 1/2 cups) grated Mozzarella cheese
* 90 g (3 oz / 3/4 cup) grated Pecorino cheese
* salt and pepper
* fresh herbs, to garnish

Preheat oven to 220C (425F/Gas 7). Brush the dough with 1 table¬spoon oil Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cover with the cheeses and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the remaining oil. Bake in the oven to 20 minutes until golden. Serve garnished with herbs.
