Mince--pickle-pizzaIngredients:
* 1 quantity Potato Pizza Dough, shaped and ready for topping

Topping:
* 250 g (8 oz) ground beef
* salt and pepper
* 2 tablespoons tomato puree (paste)
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 4 tablespoons sweet pickle
* 125 g (4 oz) mushrooms, sliced
* 1 green pepper (capsicum), sliced
* 1 small onion, sliced
* watercress, chives and red pepper (capsicum), to garnish

1. Make the topping. In a saucepan, cook the beef until browned. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add tomato puree (paste) and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring the mixture occasionally.
2. Preheat oven to 220C (425F/Gas 7). Brush dough with 1 tablespoon oil. Spread pickle over the dough. Arrange mushrooms on top. Spoon meat mixture on top. Arrange rings of pepper (capsicum) and onion over and brush with remaining oil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until dough is crisp and golden. Serve garnished with watercress bunches tied with chives and red pepper (capsicum).
