1 lb potatoes, peeled
1/2 oz flour

1 teaspoon paprika
2 oz butter

500 g potatoes, peeled
15 g flour
salt
1 x 5 ml spoon paprika
50 g butter
parsley sprigs


Using a melon bailer, cut out small balls from the potatoes. Shake in a cloth to dry, then coat with flour, salt and paprika. Place the butter in a large browning skillet and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 4 minutes. Quickly toss in the potato balls and stir once. MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 5 minutes until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley sprigs.
