Raspberry mallow pizza
Ingredients:
* 1 quantity Crumble Pizza Dough, made up to end of step 3
Topping:
* 3 tablespoons raspberry jam
* 500 g (1 lb) raspberries
* 185 g (6 oz) packet marshmallows
* few raspberries and raspberry leaves to decorate, if desired
1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F/Gas 6). Bake pizza base in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, reduce temperature to 180 C (350F/ Gas 4).
2. In a bowl, beat jam until soft. Spread over pizza base. Spoon over raspberries. Arrange marshmallows over the raspberries. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until soft. Allow to cool before serving, decorated with raspberries and raspberry leaves, if desired.
Serves: 6-8
