Sardine & tomato pizza
Ingredients:
* 1 quantity Traditional Pizza Dough, shaped and ready for topping
Topping:
* 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup (sauce)
* 125 g (4oz) can sardines in oil, drained
* 2 tomatoes, sliced
* 4 processed cheese slices
* mustard and cress, to garnish
1. Preheat oven to 220C (425F/Gas 7). Spread tomato ketchup (sauce) over the dough. Split sardines horizontally and arrange around the edge. Make a circle of overlapping tomatoes in the centre.
2. Cut cheese in strips and arrange in a lattice over the tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the dough is golden. Serve at once, garnished with mustard and cress.
