Three salami pizza
Ingredients:
* 1 quantity Scone Pizza Dough, shaped and ready for topping
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Topping:
* 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
* salt and pepper
* 125 g (4 oz) mixed sliced salami, rinds removed
* 60g (2 oz l 1/2 cup) grated Cheddar cheese
* gherkins, to garnish
1. Preheat oven to 220C (425F/Gas 7). Brush dough with the oil.
2. Spread tomatoes over surface. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut salami into strips and arrange over tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until dough is golden and cheese melted. Serve garnished with gherkins.
