* 6 spring onions
* 1 small red pepper (capsicum)
* 1 small green pepper (capsicum)
* 1 quantity salad dressing
* 250g (8 oz/4 cups) red, green and white pasta shells

1. Chop spring onions finely. Cut peppers (capsicums) into quarters. Remove seeds, cut into small dice. In a bowl, combine spring onions and peppers (capsicums) with salad dressing.
2. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta until just tender. Drain, rinse in cold water, then drain thoroughly.
3. In a serving bowl, mix together dressing and pasta shells.

Serves: 4-6
