Tuna & onion pizza
Ingredients:
* 1 quantity Deep Pan Pizza Dough, shaped and ready for topping
Topping:
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 440 g (14 oz) can chopped tomatoes
* 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
* 220g (7 oz) can tuna fish, drained
* salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 220C (425F/Gas 7). Brush dough with 1 tablespoon oil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden and well risen.
2. Make the topping. In a sauce pan, heat the tomatoes and remain-ing oil. Add half the spring onion to pan and cook for 10 minutes Flake tuna fish roughly, stir into tomato mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon onto dough and bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Shred remaining chopped spring onions and sprinkle over pizza to serve.
