Depending on the size, each person will probably want one or two, since this is eaten as a side.

1. Take the husks off the maize, and rinse them if desired.
2. Place the maize in a pot and add enough water to cover it.
3. Add about 2 teaspoons of salt.
4. Cook the maize until it is soft.
5. Drain the maize.

Serve as a side to a meal.
